Warranty/Return Policy

We have a 120 day warranty period on all products, which means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any item that has been installedattempted to be installed, or is not in its original condition will not be accepted for return. A valid proof of purchase will be required for all return requests. There are no exceptions to this rule.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and not the responsibility of Crashout Motorsports, LLC.

All returns are subject to an inspection period for us to evaluate the issue regarding your purchase. These inspections are subject to a 3-5 day inspection period prior to moving forward with your return. 

Shipping & Returns
Authorized returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Crashout Motorsports, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing return shipments. Customers are fully responsible for any charges or damages related to returned goods.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Commissioned requests (i.e. custom work performed beyond the list of available products currently offered) will not be eligible for returns. There are no exceptions to this rule. This applies to any commissioned requests made and accepted via our official website or any social media programs owned and operated by Crashout Motorsports, LLC. 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to approval. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, as processing or production may have already begun.

Custom items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via e-mail.
